Pics & Video: Day 1 On The Sets Of Ranveer Singh & Sara Ali Khan's Simmba
The makers of Simmba have begun shooting for the movie. Rohit Shetty took to social media to share a pic from the first day of shoot.

Rohit captioned the pic as: "The #Simmba journey begins... @ranveersingh #SaraAliKhan @karanjohar @reliance.entertainment @dharmamovies @rohitshettypicturez @simmbathefilm (sic)."

Looks like it's a crazy fun ride on the sets!

Rohit went ahead to shoot a small video showcasing what a mad hat of a shoot it would be. Check it out:

Rohit captioned the video as: "The #Simmba journey begins... @ranveersingh #SaraAliKhan @karanjohar @reliance.entertainment @dharmamovies @rohitshettypicturez @simmbathefilm (sic)."

In the video, Ranveer can be seen saying a dialogue; this is when director Rohit interrupts and says, “Pagal hogaya hai, film ka dialogue kyu bol raha hai.” Later, when Sara Ali Khan joins them and asks them if it’s Singham 3’s set, Shetty makes fun of her saying, ‘Aila! Amrita Singh’ and then the two run away. Finally, KJo walks in and announces the release date of the flick.

The first poster of Simmba was released 6 months back, and it went viral within minutes. The film is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Temper, which starred Jr NTR.

Talking of Ranveer's look in the movie, he can be seen sporting a mischievous avatar. He is seen in a khakee uniform in the poster. It's being said that Ajay Devgn will also have a cameo in the film, portraying the iconic character Bajirao Singham. According to reports, Ranveer's Bhalerao Sangram aka Simmba will also have a relation to Singham.

With Ranveer Singh playing a police officer for the first time, we bet he is going to make Simmba one-of-a-kind!
