PK And Rock On Actor Sai Gundewar Loses His Battle Against Brain Cancer At The Age Of 42

Actor Sai Gundewar lost his battle against cancer; the actor breathed his last on May 10 in LA, United States of America. The actor was seen entertaining the audience in movies such as musical hit Rock On, Aamir Khan starrer PK and Bejoy Nambiar’s David. The actor was seen in small parts in these above-mentioned movies, he was 42 when he left for his heavenly abode. This is the fourth battle in the film industry that lost against cancer in the last couple of days including Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, and singer Arjun Kanungo’s father.
The actor suffering from brain cancer was undergoing treatment in the US for the last year. The news of his death after his prolonged battle against cancer was broken by Home Minister of Maharashtra Anil Deshmukh on his Twitter account. Paying his condolences, the HM rightly mentioned one more star being lost due to cancer. His tweet read, “P. K. Actor Saiprasad Gundewar, who won the hearts of the audience through popular films like, has finally failed in his battle with cancer. With his demise, the Indian film industry has lost a talented actor. A heartfelt tribute!”
Sai Gundewar’s last Instagram post of October 2019, mentioned about the actor trying a remedy to get rid of this dreadful disease. “Hi, guys thinking of starting #moringa #supplement in powder from tonight onwards to help get rid of my ##cancer? Weakness and symptoms of #hydrocephalus, anybody using it? Any feedback positive and negative.”
