Pooja Bhatt made an impressive Bollywood debut at the age of 17 with Daddy for which she even bagged the Filmfare awards for best debutant. She even gave back-to-back blockbusters Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin, and Sadak and completed her hat-trick of hits. However, the actress reveals how the film industry tagged her finished at the age of 24 where most of the actors made their way in Bollywood. In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Pooja Bhatt delved into her Bollywood journey. She revealed that at the tender age of 17, she entered the film industry and swiftly rose to fame with her debut film. By the age of 19, she had already achieved superstar status. However, she candidly admitted that by the time she reached 24, the industry had seemingly declared her career over. Speaking to Siddharth, the 51-year-old said "I was 17 when I did my first film Daddy. After Daddy, Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin, Sadak was like a hat-trick. At 19 I was a superstar, by 24 the industry said, ‘Yeh toh khatam ho chuki hai.' So I said This is the only industry in the world where at 24, when most people are just starting out, you have reached the height of stardom, they have already brought you down to the pits saying you are finished."

Pooja Bhatt captured the hearts of millions with her recent appearance on Bigg Boss OTT 2. Her resolute demeanour and unabashed attitude on the show undeniably won over the admiration of all.
