Mahesh, one of the most celebrated filmmakers in Bollywood, has helmed masterpieces like Arth (1982), Saaransh (1984), Daddy (1989), Aashiqui (1990), Sadak (1991), Zakhm (1999) and Sangharsh (1999), to name a few. The director has also forayed into TV with Naamkaran, an adaptation of Zakhm.
