Poonam Pandey, who tied the knot with Sam Bombay (Photographer) on September 1 in a hush hush wedding owing to the Covid-19 crisis, shocked everyone after she filed a police complaint against him in Goa after 12 days of their wedding. Poonam, who is currently shooting for a film in Goa, has accused him of molesting , threatening and assaulting her. Sam is currently in police custody.
SpotboyE.com spoke to Poonam on the matter and here's what she had to say.
When we contacted Poonam to talk about the charges she has made on Sam, she confirmed the news but refrained a bit from talking. She said, "Can we talk about this later as I don't want to talk about it right now?" When we insisted to know what exactly went wrong between the two as they were in a live-in relationship for 2 years before they tied the knot, Poonam said, "I am not in the right state of mind. Poonam Pandey filed a complaint in Canacona police station. Inspector Tukaram Chavan of Canacona police station has been quoted saying, "Pandey filed a complaint late Monday night claiming her husband Sam Bombay had molested her, and threatened her with dire consequences after assaulting her. Poonam announced the news of her wedding on social media on September 10 by sharing multiple pictures from her wedding ceremony. The two were also spotted at Mumbai Airport on September 16 leaving for their honeymoon reportedly. Well, this news has come as a shock to everyone and we will be waiting for Poonam to disclose the real reason behind it.
