of 'Are they?' or 'Aren't they?' in the case of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Alia has now confirmed that she is in a
relationship. Ever since the rumours that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia
Bhatt are dating have started buzzing the Internet, the Raazi
actress has revealed for the first time that ‘She’s not single'. A
video from Bhatt’s recent event, which took place a few days back, is now doing
the rounds on social media. In the video, the journalist is seen asking her if
she is single or not. After hearing the question she first repeats the question
then says, “No! Sorry! Not single.”
In the same event, during another media interaction,
the actress was asked about her hot affair with her childhood crush,
Ranbir Kapoor. She replied saying, “I don’t react to rumours. Rumours are not
meant to be reacted upon. As long as you aren’t entering my bathroom, I am fine
because if you are not talking about me then maybe I am not relevant enough.
But honestly, I am in a very good place both personally and professionally so
no issues whatsoever.” The two are reportedly dating and Ranbir has admitted
indirectly about it, but it was definitely the first time for Alia. Frankly,
Alia has been quite the opposite of her bold father who always says it as it
is. Quite a contrast, really! We all aren't same are we?
Anyway, finally
admit toh kar diya that she is not single. Whether she told A or B does not
matter. Listen, pyar kiya toh darna kya.
Meanwhile, during an interview at the same
occasion, Alia's father, Mahesh Bhatt was also asked if his daughter is
planning to tie the knot with Ranbir. Bhatt neither confirmed nor
denied. He simply said, "I have never spoken about my children's
private lives. They are adults and it is their prerogative. I would never
demean and belittle them by talking about it in public. It's their right and if
they want to talk about it or remain silent about it; it's their choice.
I respect what they do with their life.”
