Prabhas' Saaho Vs John Abraham's Batla House Vs Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal On Independence Day 2019
Makers of Prabhas starrer Saaho have announced the release date for the film a little while ago. The movie will hit theatres on August 15, 2019. The film will clash at the box-office with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and John Abraham's Batla House. The story doesn't end here. There's an even interesting part to it, which pertains to the producers backing the movie.

Saaho has been produced jointly by UV Creations and T-Series. Also, John's Batla House has been produced by T-Series, Emmay Entertainment and JA Entertainment. The common factor being T-Series. Will Bhushan Kumar's production house have two releases on the same date? Or will one of the two move on to a different date?

Saaho And Batla House Poster

Trade Expert Taran Adarsh put this forth in his recent tweet. He wrote, "Akshay [#MissionMangal] vs John [#BatlaHouse] vs Prabhas [#Saaho] on 15 Aug 2019... Interestingly, Bhushan Kumar is associated with #BatlaHouse and #Saaho… So will Bhushan release two films on the same date?... Wait and watch! (sic)."

John's Batla House is an action thriller, which is based on the Batla House encounter case that took place on September 19, 2008. The film is directed by Nikkhil Advani and also stars Mrunal Thakur opposite John.

Lastly, Akshay's Mission Mangal is India's first film based on outer space. It will also star Kriti Kulhari, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Sharman Joshi and Nithya Menon.
