The anticipation around Salman Khan’s upcoming cop-drama, Dabangg 3, is sky-high. The film is being helmed by Prabhu Deva and reunites the two after Wanted. But, wait! That isn’t about this blockbuster actor-director Jodi of Salman Khan and Prabhu Deva, as they will again collaborating on the former’s Eid 2020 release, which has been reportedly titled as India’s Most Wanted Cop: Radhe. In fact, Khan will be portraying the role of a cop in both films. And, now, in his recent interview with IANS, the filmmaker has spilt the beans on working with the superstar for both Dabangg 3 and Radhe.

Upon being asked about his Eid 2020 release with Salman Khan, Prabhu Deva stated that it is going to be a completely different character, since the makers don’t want viewers to think that they are being repetitive, especially after Dabangg 3. The filmmaker further added that the preparations for it are underway, “We are working on it. The target is Eid and we will make it on time. I work fast." Further, Prabhu Deva was also quizzed about his upcoming outing – Dabangg 3 – with the actor. (Also read - Salman Khan And Disha Patani To Reunite For Radhe For The Eid 2020 Release?)

He stated that Dabangg 3 is a typical Salman Khan entertainer and, for him, doing a film like Dabangg was no less than a challenge to him. “I was new to the Dabangg universe. Everyone else (in the unit) had worked in the first and second parts of the series. Of course, I had seen both the earlier films. So, I made an effort to get into the groove. Luckily for me, I didn't fall flat,” said the director.
