Bollywood actress and global icon, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is doing her best to help her country in dire times. Although the actress is far away from home, she has extended her support to the needy. From urging fans to stay at home, take precautions to help in every way possible, Priyanka is doing it all. On Tuesday, PeeCee made a tweet on her social media seeking vaccines for her home country. The actress mentioned her ‘heart breaks’ to see India suffering from COVID-19. She shed light and brought attention to the current crisis situation.

On Twitter, The White Tiger actress tweeted, “My heart breaks. India is suffering from COVID19 & the US has ordered 550M more vaccines than needed @POTUS @WHCOS @SecBlinken @JakeSullivan46 Thx for sharing AstraZeneca worldwide, but the situation in my country is critical. Will you urgently share vaccines w/ India? #vaxlive” Apart from expressing how sad she feels about India’s COVID-19 crisis, the actress mentioned that the US has ordered more vaccines than needed. Later, in her tweet, she thanked the President of the United States, Joe Biden and others for sharing the AstraZeneca vaccine worldwide, but brought their attention to the fact that the situation in India is critical. Moving on, Priyanka tagged the important people and questioned them whether they will urgently share the vaccines with India.
