Priyanka Chopra Pigs Out On Paani Puri As She Visits Her Newly Opened Indian Restaurant In NYC, Says, ‘For A Moment I Felt Like I Was Home In India’

Miss World, actress, producer and now entrepreneur Priyanka Chopra has been an inspiration for millions across the globe. Announcing her latest venture, a restaurant she opened in New York named SONA, the busy actress has finally managed to visit her brand new restaurant. PeeCee taking to the restaurant’s social media page penned a long Instagram post gushing about it. Our desi girl was seen relishing popular India snack pani puri at her restaurant with her gal pals.
Thanking everyone for their love and support for the success of her restaurant, she wrote, “Hi everyone! Priyanka Chopra Jonas here. Popping in to personally say hello and thank you all for your support and for helping to make SONA a success.” Speaking about the experience in her very own restaurant she continued, “Last night I finalllllllly got to experience the magic of SONA for myself since the opening. Everything was beyond my expectations and for a moment I felt like I was home in India…it’s incredible how provocative taste and smell can be.”
Calling Sona her dream coming to life, she thanked her partner and chefs for creating a destination in NYC packed with Indian food. “SONA is truly an absolute dream come to life. It feels like only yesterday Maneesh, David, Chef Hari and I were discussing the initial idea of creating a fine dining destination for Indian food in NYC…” Pictures had Priyanka dressed in a pastel blue shirt with fine white lining paired with bright yellow flared pants.
