It was last year at the Ambanis’ lavish Ganesh Chaturthi party that Priyanka Chopra’s younger brother Siddharth Chopra was spotted with a mystery woman. There was a lot of speculation as to who Sissharth’s plus one at the party was, and she was later revealed to be South actress Neelam Upadhyaya. Soon after, gossip mills started churning and Siddharth also later shared a throwback picture with Neelam. Now, months later, Siddharth Chopra and Neelam Upadhyaya were once again spotted together at an event, and the picture sparked engagement rumours.

Priyanka Chopra’s mom Madhu Chopra also attended the same event as Sidharth and Neelam. Paparazzo Viral Bhayani shared the picture from the event on his social media and it was his caption that made people raise an eyebrow. He wrote, “#priyankachopra mom and son with his fiancee today at an event #viralbhayani @viralbhayani.” Soon, comments and even a few reports on the Internet about his fourth engagement started doing the rounds. People wanted to know more about the lady, and about their engagement. That’s when Neelam herself clarified that they aren’t engaged.

In other news, Siddharth Chopra’s marriage to his former fiancé Ishita Kumar, was called off last year in April. Confirming the news, Priyanka’s mother had earlier said, “My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet. He explained he needed more time.”
