Priyanka Chopra Sells Off Her Residential Properties And Puts Her Office Spaces In Mumbai On Lease, Helping Her Mint A Big Moolah
Priyanka Chopra sold two residential properties in Mumbai for Rs. 7 crores and she leased office spaces for Rs. 2.11 lakh per month

The Global icon is a proud owner of several lavish properties in India as well as overseas. The actress who owns properties in Mumbai, Goa and New York has reportedly sold and leased out some of her properties for a big moolah. As reported in Moneycontrol.com, the actress has sold two of her residential units and leased out an office space located in Mumbai.
As per documents accessed by Zapkey.com, PeeCee has leased out the 2nd floor of her office in Vastu Precinct of 2040 sq ft, Oshiwara located in Andheri West. It earns her a rent of Rs. 2.11 lakh per month, this deal was sealed in June 2021, with the rent agreement being registered on June 3, 2021. While in March she sold her 2 residential properties on the 7th floor of Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri for a whopping Rs. 7 crores.
While one property which was sold for Rs. 3 crore is 888 sq ft, the other one fetched her Rs. 4 crore which spreads across 1219 sq ft. The registration amount for these properties was Rs. 9 lakh and Rs. 12 lakh respectively as per Zapkey.com.

Besides these properties she owns a lavish home in Goa located near Baga Beach, while she currently resides in a $20 million mansion at Encino, LA, California with her husband, Nick Jonas. This lavish cosy home sweet home of the star couple has a massive outdoor area, with an infinity pool, her backyard gives a view of the city. It comprises 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
