Pulwama Terror Attack: After FWICE, AICWA Announces A Blanket Ban On Pakistani Artistes From Working In India
The disturbing terror attack that took place in Pulwama has shook up the nation and as we all continue silently praying for the families of the soldiers who lost their lives, Bollywood fraternity and its various bodies are taking small steps to lend solidarity and support in their own way.

After the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) announced a complete ban on Pakistani artistes in India, another body has followed the same. The All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has also declared a blanket ban on Pakistani actors and artistes from working in India.

They have released a statement that reads as, “All Indian Cine Workers Association strongly condemns brutal terrorist attack on our soldiers at Pulwama district in Jammu and Kashmir. Our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. AICWA stands with nation in confronting such terror and inhumanity. We’re officially announcing a total ban on Pakistani Actors and Artists working in Film Industry. Still if any organisation insist on working with Pakistani Artists will be banned by AICWA and a strong action will be taken against them. Nation comes first, we stand with our nation.
