Radhika Madan On Doing A Music Video With Sanya Malhotra: 'I Am Game For It' - EXCLUSIVE
Radhika Madan, who was seen grooving on Himesh Reshammiya’s 'I Love You Oh Sayyoni' with Sanya Malhotra on singer Jasleen Royal’s birthday, talks about the possibility of the duo appearing in a dance video together
Last month, singer Jasleen Royal, who has given some amazing tracks like Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, Love You Zindagi and Din Shagna Da in her career, brought in her birthday with some of her closest friends that includes actresses Radhika Madan, Sanya Malhotra and Sanya’s sister Shagun. The night was full of fun and dance as the girls’ quartet danced on Jasleen’s chartbuster Nachde Ne Saare from Baar Baar Dekho.
Apart from that, there was also a story shared by Radhika on her Instagram on which Sanya and her were seen reliving the early 2000s, by grooving to the music of Himesh Reshammiya. The duo performed on his song 'I Love You Oh Saiyyoni' and in proper sync.
Both Radhika and Sanya are trained professional dancers, with Sanya even having reached the Top 100 in a dance reality show. Going by that chemistry and that performance, ask Radhika if the audience can expect a dance video of the duo together, maybe on an original track this time and pat comes the reply, “I am up for it. I am game for it. If an opportunity comes up, we will definitely do a dance video together. It’s so much fun just being with her and chilling with her. She is like my family here away from home, so it would be something fun to do.”
Radhika and Sanya worked together in the Vishal Bhardwaj-directed 2018 film Pataakha. Based on Charan Singh Pathik’s short story, Do Behnein, the film marked Radhika’s Hindi film debut and Sanya’s second film after her blockbuster debut in Aamir Khan’s Dangal. The film saw the two actresses as sisters who are always at loggerheads and trying to pull each other down but are also unable to survive without fighting with each other when separated.
Ever since the film, both Radhika and Sanya have been very close with each other and are often seen referring to each other by their screen names in the film, Badki and Chutki, respectively, while talking about each other on their Instagram.
