Radhika Madan On Working With Kareena Kapoor Khan In Angrezi Medium: "I May Faint When I Meet Her"
Radhika Madan is an excited bunch as she teams up with Irrfan Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan for Angrezi Medium. Expressing her excitement, she says that she would actually faint when she meets Bebo
Radhika Madan made a transition from the small screen to the big screen and packed an impressive debut performance in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Pataakha. Post that, she was seen in Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and now, is geared up for her third movie, Angrezi Medium in which she plays Irrfan Khan’s daughter. Naturally, the actress is thrilled to earn such great opportunities of working with talented performers like Irrfan Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, so early on in her career.
Radhika who celebrates her 24th birthday today is shooting in Udaipur for Angrezi Medium. Speaking to Mumbai Mirror over the telephone, the actress reveals that she didn’t get enough time to plan the day due to her shooting schedule. “Irrfan sir, Kareena and Homi... it hasn’t sunk in yet, but I want it to be that way otherwise I won’t be able to perform. Every actor has Irrfan on their wish list of co-stars and my dream is coming true so early in my career. He is the God of acting. There’s so much to learn by observing him. I haven’t met Kareena Kapoor Khan yet but I may faint when I do,” says the actress.
Spilling details on her birthday plans, Radhika adds, "But my family and friends have come down from Delhi and we will celebrate on the set with the cast and crew. I’m completing the last of my portions in this schedule, so after this, I’ll take some time off to explore the place."
Angrezi Medium directed by Homi Adajania is the sequel of the 2017 flick, Hindi Medium. It will release in 2020.
