The terror of the novel Coronavirus jas still not gone yet, in fact, it is rising and taking many under its wings. Apart from laymen, even stars from the entertainment industry like Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Maniesh Paul, Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhanth Kapoor, Raees star Mahira Khan and others have tested positive for COVID-19. Amidst the pandemic, many are eagerly waiting for the vaccine that can protect us from the deadly virus. Just like many, even actor Rajkummar Rao wonders about the COVID-19 vaccine. The actor recently took to his Instagram and shared a picture of himself in a pensive mode while waiting for the COVID-19 vaccine.
However, as he waits for the vaccine, he gives out an important message to people saying that while the vaccine is not out yet, masks are the current vaccine. The sun-kissed picture of Rajkummar was captioned with, "Vaccine ke intezaar mein... Covid hai, Gaya nahi hai abhi, be patient and wear that mask whenever you step out. Mask is the only vaccine for now." Reportedly, India will soon get the vaccines and as per COVID-19 vaccine policy, it will be first offered to healthcare workers, frontline workers and persons above 50 years of age, followed by persons younger than 50 years of age and finally to the remaining population based on the availability of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Rajkummar Rao was last seen in Hansal Mehta's Chhalaang and Anurag Basu's Ludo; and both of them were released on the OTT platform. Next, he has Roohi-Afza with Janhvi Kapoor and the White Tiger with Priyanka Chopra.
