Actor Abhishek Bachchan has to give a miss to his Raksha Bandhan celebration this year as he continues to remain in the hospital after he was tested positive for COVID-19, a couple of days ago. Now, his elder sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda is thoroughly missing him on this special day which celebrates the bond of brother and sister. Shweta shared a throwback picture from their childhood, as she misses Abhishek on Raksha Bandhan. In her caption, she mentioned that she couldn't have asked for a better brother.
She also mentioned that she is missing Abhishek’s lectures! Well, not in literal terms, but she probably meant about the times when the actor would school his sister. Ending her note, she asked him to get well soon and come back home. The caption read, “Couldn’t have asked for a better brother, or devoted sidekick, love you - (Been soo long I’m even missing your lectures) Get well, Get back home!” The throwback picture shared by Shweta shows the siblings on a film set probably, where Shweta is seen fixing something which looks like a light stand, while Abhishek is seen holding an umbrella.
Meanwhile, Abhishek too shared a throwback picture on his Instagram account wishing his sister on Raksha Bandhan.

The picture shared by the actor saw him seated next to his sisters while they all had meals. Wishing his sister on rakhi and showering them with love, he funnily requested them not to kill him for posting it.
