Ram Setu: Akshay Kumar Takes No Time To Rest; Wraps Up Atrangi Re And Heads To Shoot His Next Within 2 Days
There’s no time for rest for Akshay Kumar as he has reportedly wrapped up Atrangi 2 days back and has begun shooting for Ram Setu from today
Actor Akshay Kumar is one of the most versatile actors in the industry and is currently swamped with the number of films in his kitty. After the lockdown, the actor is now rigorously wrapping up his films’ shoot while also signing more films back to back. Reportedly, he has close to 10 films in the pipeline. Known for being disciplined and focused on his work, the actor yet again proves he needs no time to rest. Akshay reportedly has wrapped up Atrangi Re on Saturday and in no time, he began shooting for his upcoming film, Ram Setu today.
With kick-starting the shoot, today, Akshay Kumar even dropped the first look from the movie on his Instagram account. In the first look, he is seen sporting long hair, with a tinge of grey, he is also seen sporting slightly oval-shaped reading glasses, with an expression that hints at the actor being inquisitive and curious. While sharing the picture on his feed, he wrote, “The journey of making one of the most special films for me begins today. #RamSetu shooting begins! Playing an archaeologist in the film. Would love to hear your thoughts on the look? It always matters to me.”
Talking about the film, Akshay revealed why he was inspired and intrigued to do this film, he said, “It represents strength, bravery and love, and uniquely Indian values that have formed the moral and social fabric of our great country.”
Meanwhile, in Ram Setu, apart from Akshay Kumar, stars like Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharucha will also be seen in this Abhishek Sharma’s directorial venture which will release on Diwali 2021.
