Ranbir and Alia, of late, have been dishing out some major relationship goals for everyone. While their fans are eagerly waiting for them to get married, we bring you the latest and interesting update on Ranbir and Alia's wedding. As per the latest report in ETimes TV, they will get married next year.
Yes, you head that right! Alia and Ranbir are likely to exchange vows in April 2022. An Etimes report stated that the coming months are going to be very hectic for both Alia and Ranbir owing to their work commitments. The duo has at least four film releases next year. Alia has Gangubai Kathiawadi, RRR, Darlings and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani lined up for release. The actress has left for Delhi for a schedule of ‘Rocky Aur Rani.
Ranbir, on the other hand, also has an array of projects in his kitty. Amongst them is Shamshera, Animal and Luv Ranjan’s untitled film apart from Brahmastra with Alia.
A source close to the development was quoted saying, “They would rather complete these commitments and then get into the wedding groove peacefully.” The insider added, “Beyond work commitments, the Kapoors love their family, and it’s a huge one. It will be a grand affair, and next year seems like a safer choice given the pandemic scare as well. It will also buy some time for their bungalow (Krishna Raj) renovation work.”
A few days ago, Alia and Ranbir were spotted at the construction site with Neetu Kapoor.
Notably, last year, the Rockstar actor in an interview said that he would have been married to his girlfriend Alia if it wasn’t for the pandemic. He had also revealed that he wants to tick mark the wedding goal soon.
