Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is busy promoting his late father Rishi Kapoor’s last film, ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’. Recently, the actor was snapped at Taj Lands Era in Bandra, Mumbai along with director Hitesh Bhatia and Producer Ritesh Sidhwani to promote the film.
While posing for the shutterbugs, Ranbir gave a warm smile to the paparazzi and made a heart sign. But what caught everyone’s attention was the actor’s presence at the food counter. After greeting the media, the ‘Rockstar’ made his way towards the buffet counter to check what was there in the dessert. In no time, the video went viral on the internet and fans flooded the comment section with heart and laughing emojis. One user wrote, “Hahaah so cute”, while another called him a ‘foodie’. While promoting his father’s last film, Ranbir Kapoor revealed that the makers planned to bring him on board to fill Rishi’s gap. He shared, “We thought of trying VFX or I could wear prosthetics and complete the role but nothing was working out. It was a tough time for all of us”. Ranbir further added that the film is not special just because it’s his father’s last film, but because the late actor really believed in the story.
For the unversed, Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode on April 30, 2020. ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ is all set to release on 31st March 2022.
