After Kick, Randeep Hooda has delivered a series of disastrous films and finally after 5 flops (Rang Rasiya, Ungli, Beeba Boys, Main Aur Charles, Laal Rang), the Murder 3 actor has impressed the audience with his stellar performance in Sarbjit. While Randeep's performances were appreciated in all these films, they somehow didn't manage to get the necessary footfalls at the theatres.
However, after watching Sarbjit, the
Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan just couldn’t resist himself from
shooting off a letter to Randeep.
Randeep was thrilled to bits to receive a letter from the megastar and thanked Big B for his words of praise.
Amitabh Bachchan has been one of the icons of Hindi cinema, and any present day actor finds his/her work validated once they receive a word of appreciation from Sr Bachchan himself.
Coming back to Sarbjit, despite getting praises for the performances, the film hasn't also been able to get a dhamakedaar opening at the box office.
