Veteran Bollywood actor Randhir Kapoor, who tested positive for COVID-19 recently, has been discharged from the hospital after 15 days. Reportedly, he got discharged on Friday morning. The veteran actor is not yet allowed to meet with the family. In an interview, Kapoor said ‘God has been kind’ as he shared an update on his health. The actor confirmed he is COVID-19 free and said he is feeling absolutely fine. Randhir Kapoor was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Ambani Hospital on April 29
Speaking with ETimes, Randhir Kapoor revealed he is back home. The actor said, “I am back home. I am feeling absolutely fine.” On Friday morning, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor’s father revealed he has been advised to ‘keep away’ from family. Randhir Kapoor cannot meet anyone in his family for a few days. The actor said, “I have been advised to keep away. It's just a matter of some more time before I will meet people.”
Randhir Kapoor thanked the hospital staff. He called them fantastic and said that they looked after him very well. Kapoor said, “I thank the hospital's staff. They were simply fantastic. They looked after me very well". The veteran actor continued, “I didn't need oxygen support. I did not feel breathless at any point. God has been kind".
Meanwhile, Randhir Kapoor had tested positive for COVID-19 some weeks back. The actor complained of shivering. Earlier, in an interview, Kapoor had revealed he is recovering well. The actor had shared his condition is stable. It was reported before that Randhir Kapoor was shifted to the ICU.
