After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was at the receiving end of extreme hatred on social media. The late actor’s father had accused Rhea of abetment of suicide last year. Rhea and her family faced an immense amount of social media hatred and media trials. The actress and her brother Showik were also arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau last year, but were later granted bail. Since the last few weeks, Rhea Chakraborty and her family members were spotted by the paparazzi a few times, as they stepped out for house hunting.
Now, a day before Sushant Singh Rajput's birth anniversary, Rhea Chakraborty was spotted by the shutterbugs yet again in Bandra, Mumbai, as Rhea headed out to buy some flowers from a florist. In the video shared by the paparazzi, she can be seen stepping out of her car, and making her way to the florist. While the photographers followed her, she asked them to leave her, and was seen telling them, “phool khareed rahi hu, jaao na.” She was also seen requesting them with her hands folded, asking them to leave.
In the video, she can be heard asking the florist for some roses to buy. She opted for casual wear, and was seen in a grey top, and black tights. Check out the video below:
In other news, while speaking to Subhash K Jha for SpotboyE, filmmaker Rumi Jaffrey had opened up about Rhea’s condition. He said that it had been a traumatic year for her. “Can you imagine any girl from a well-to-do middle-class family spending a month in jail? It has crushed her morale completely. Rhea will return to her work early next year. I met her recently. She was withdrawn and quiet. Didn’t speak much. Can’t blame her after what she has gone through. Let the heat and dust settle down.
