The big (more like small) wedding is all set to happen today where actor Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor’s daughter Rhea Kapoor will be tying the knot with her long term beau Karan Boolani. Rhea and her partner have been together for 13 years before taking the plunge. Karan has been a part of their family functions and special occasions since quite some time. He even made a few appearances on their social media handles. As the couple is gearing up for the D-Day today, let’s go back in time when Anil Kapoor called him ‘family’ while Sunita Kapoor called him ‘beta’.
When Karan celebrated his birthday in October, Anil Kapoor took to his Instagram account to drop pictures of him. One of them has Anil bonding with Karan as the actor fixes his tie. Sharing those moments on his page, he wrote, "Happy Birthday, @karanboolani! Watching you grow into a visionary director & an incredible human being has been so heartwarming! We're lucky to call you family! Don't let the world change you because you're pretty amazing as you are!”
Whereas, Rhea and Sonam's mother Sunita wished him with all gods abundance as she wrote, “Happy happy birthday beta, wishing you all gods abundance .. love you, have the best year ever" Her birthday wish for Karan was attached with some old snaps of Boolani, Rhea and family.
Meanwhile, Rhea and Karan’s wedding will take place today at Anil Kapoor's residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The wedding ceremonies are said to be intimate one but they will continue for two to three days.
