The anticipation level is increasing as it is reported that actor Sonam Kapoor’s sister Rhea Kapoor and Karan Boolani will be getting married today. While we still haven’t got any update on the same, an old interview of Sonam Kapoor surfaced online where she revealed that Rhea and Karan’s wedding will be announced once the happy news is there. Back in the day, in a chat with Zoom TV, Sonam was asked about her sister Rhea’s marriage with Karan. The Neerja actor revealed she will be over the moon to share the news with the world.
"Oh, no. When she does get married I'll be very happy to tell you,” she told. Back then, rumours were rife about Rhea and Karan’s wedding. Reacting to the rumours, Sonam continued, "They've been dating for 10 years, they've not gotten married yet. When the happy news is there, it'll all be announced. But, no, they are not getting married this year.” Well, now, their marriage news is hitting the headlines and making maximum noise on social media. A video of Anil Kapoor’s Juhi bungalow getting decorated with flowers is also surfacing online.
Meanwhile, Karan and Rhea are dating each other for the last 13 years and he has a close bond with the Kapoor family.
In October, on Karan’s birthday, Rhea shared a cosy monochrome picture with Boolani on Instagram along with a lovely birthday note for him. It read, “Happy birthday to my growing up partner, the relief that if I never do anything right in my life again I got the most important thing right, to the reason I got a head start to being myself, truly, the love of my life. 13 years of you is not even close to enough. I feel like we just met and I’ve known you forever. #myman”
