Richa Chadha Lauds Social Activist Greta Thunberg For Supporting Farmers’ Protest
Farmers’ protest in Delhi is no more a national topic as international influential figures too have begun to speak about it. After popular artist  Rihanna tweeted about the protest, the social activist Greta Thunberg has also extended her support. Taking to her Twitter account, she mentioned standing in solidarity with the farmers in their protest. Reacting to this actress Richa Chadha has also commented on the social activist social media post. The farmers are protesting against the agricultural laws introduced by the govt. 

While Greta tweeted, “We stand in solidarity with #farmersprotest in India” Richa replying to it simply wrote, “Yes”. While many celebs besides Richa such as Swara Bhasker, Hansal Mehta, Lilly Singh and more have spoken about it, it is only Kangana Ranaut who has reacted to it in a negative manner. The actress after Rihanna spoke about farmers’ protest in her tweet, “Why aren’t we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest,” Kangana was seen slamming her. Her tweet showed she was in a disagreement with the international artist.

Her tweet read, “No one is talking about it because they are not farmers they are terrorists who are trying to divide India so that China can take over our vulnerable broken nation and make it a Chinese colony much like the USA. Sit down you fool, we are not selling our nation like you dummies.”


Followed by Kangana being trolled for it on the social media platform; farmers from Punjab and Haryana have been protesting in the country’s capital for over two months now demanding to revoke the laws.
