Rocketry: The Nambi Effect - R Madhavan Pens A Heartfelt Letter And Reveals The Special Reason Behind Releasing The Trailer On April Fools Day
R Madhavan starrer Rocketry: The Nambi Effect's trailer released yesterday and it received a great response from fans, as well as, celebrities including Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Samantha Akkineni among others. As many know, 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' is a biopic based on Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian scientist and aerospace engineer of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) who was accused of espionage. R Madhavan took to his Twitter handle and shared the reason behind releasing the trailer on April Fools Day. In his heartfelt letter, R Madhavan also paid tribute to the unsung heroes.

The letter reads as, "Dear Friends, It has been five years since I started this journey. As time passed each of you joined in this journey and made this journey a part of yours. When we began the odds were completely stacked against us. However, every obstacle was tuned into an opportunity. An opportunity to make something better than what would have otherwise deemed ordinary. We moved step by step, shoulder to shoulder, and soon the journey became an extra-ordinary one. Now as we release the trailer of our labor of love, we are moving into the last mile of this incredible experience of bringing an untold story to life." He further thanked everyone from the bottom of his heart.

Maddy added, "More than a film, this is a tribute to the extra-ordinary unsung heroes of the country who do everything they can for their love for the country, their passion, and belief in what they undertake without expecting anything in return. These are the people who should be celebrated for their contribution to society. They strive, persevere, accomplish more with less, without complaining, without wailing for attention.. And sometimes when such a man or woman is wronged, the entire nation is wronged." He further wrote, "In my conversations with Nambi sir, he once mentioned - How many people? How many Mr. Madhavan? ... fools who have been the victims if their own patriotism." R Madhavan further dedicated the day of the trailer's release to Nambi Narayan.

Rocketry: The Nambi Effect will be released in six languages - Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Tamil and Telugu.
