Karan Johar's newly announced project Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani just got bigger and better! The movie, slated to feature Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, in lead roles will also star Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles. Makers dropped a video with the pictures of these actors, with a voiceover of the lead pair, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. In the voiceover Ranveer introduces Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan, further mentioning these two actors being part of his onscreen story. He then asks Alia to introduce Shabana Azmi, who is a part of her onscreen story.
Karan Johar, who is returning to direction with RRKPK, has got the viewers more excited with such stellar casting. This Karan Johar’s directorial venture marks Alia and Ranveer’s second venture after Gully Boy. The story has been written by a trusted team, comprising of Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy.
