The second wave of Coronavirus has hit India badly. There are many who lost their loved one due to Coronavirus. As many are aware, several celebs also lost their lives due to Covid-19. And now, Subodh Chopra, who wrote dialogues for films such as Emraan Hashmis Murder and Irrfan Khan's Rog passed away due to post Covid-19 complications. He had also written films like Tumsa Nahin Dekha, Dobara and few episodes of Rishtey. The news was shared by his younger brother Shanky. 

He revealed that Subodh had recovered from Covid-19 but his oxygen levels dropped, due to which he had to be admitted to a hospital again. Shanky shared, "He had tested negative last week on Saturday, but his condition took a turn for the worse on Monday. His oxygen levels suddenly dropped and I made arrangements for a cylinder at home."

He further revealed ETimes, "He was feeling very exhausted and his blood pressure had risen as well. This morning, his condition deteriorated and I admitted him to the Lifeline Hospital in Malad. However, he passed away after a cardiac arrest. There were all complications that came after he got COVID-free."
Over the past few weeks, veteran music composer Shravan Rathod, Satish Kaul, film editor Ajay Sharma, YouTuber Rahul Vohra, Kishore Nandlaskar, Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, many succumbed to Covid-19.
