The much-awaited flick Saaho with an eye-popping budget of Rs 350 crore hit the screens today across India. With power-packed trailer and heavy VFX effect in the movie promos, the audience had high expectations from the film. However, as the response started coming in on day 1, the film fails in impressing the audience. While movie critics are struggling to rate the film, the audience has slammed the Prabhas starrer left, right and centre on its release. The movie released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi on the very same day.


As many fans we left fuming with what they watched, the film invited memes on the social media platforms especially Twitter slamming the film and taking a dig at the makers in the most hilarious way possible. One such meme was about expectation vs reality where the user shared an image of Hulk as expectation and on the other hand shared an image of unfinished crooked version of hulk as reality. Vickey Lalwani, Editor, SpotBoyE mentioned in his review how Saaho starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor has fallen short of expectations and is only high on expenditure. Rating the film two and a half stars, it clearly states that this action thriller will have a hard time sustaining at the box office after the opening weekend.

As per our box-office prediction by trade analyst Girish Johar, the film was supposed to open on Rs 15-20 crores mark.  These figures were excluding the box-office figures of the South market.
