After teasing fans with different poster and the teaser of Saand Ki Aankh, the makers dropped the official trailer of the film on social media, a while back. The film, which stars Taapsee Pannu, Bhumi Pednekar, Vineet Kumar among others, is receiving huge appreciation from one and all. The film is based on the real-life story of shooter dadis from Haryana. Taapsee will portray the role of Chandro Tomar, while Bhumi will play Prakashi Tomar’s role in the film

Talking about the movie, Saand Ki Aankh is based on a true story. Before 1998, Johri village in the interiors of Uttar Pradesh was just like any other village in India. But during this time something extraordinary started, which took this village to national and international levels of success and fame. As a result of which this village had become an inspiring example for the entire nation. Backed by Reliance Entertainment, the film will hit the theatres on this Diwali, setting up a clash with Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 4.
