On Monday, Mumbai witnessed heavy rain, forcing the authorities to suspend airport and railway services, and shut the Bandra-Worli sea link and more. In several areas, trees collapsed and caused other types of damage as well. Speaking of that, a famous photographer now shared a video on Instagram and as we can see, a tree collapsed near Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's Bandra residence due to heavy rains and strong winds.
For the uninitiated, the outdoors of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's new house, which was under construction in Mumbai's Bandra area was also damaged. A video of the same is doing rounds on the internet. In the clip, a tree fell inside the building causing damages and it also blocked the route.
Amitabh Bachchan also faced a lot of loss due to Cyclone Tauktae. The actor shared in his blog that his office got flooded and staff shelters got damaged due to the cyclone. He wrote in his blog, "The pounding and the lashing rains all day.. trees fell, leakages all over, flooding in the vulnerable Janak office.... impromptu plastic cover sheets in prep for the heavy Monsoon rain, riped apart.. sheds and shelters for some staff blown away.."
