Saif Ali Khan Boasts About Wifey Kareena Kapoor Khan's SLAPPING Skills, Hopes He Is Never On The Receiving End

After her last outing Good Newwz, Kareena Kapoor Khan returned to the silver screen with Homi Adajani’s Angrezi Medium. The film, which also stars Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan, hit the theaters last Friday a day after the Maharashta government decided to lock down malls, theaters, gym, and other public places in the wake of widely spread Coronavirus. A day later, Homi had taken to social media and said that they hope to re-release the film when the situation is back to normal. Angrezi Medium was released and is still running in some parts of India. The film collected Rs 4 cr on Day 1 at the box-office and made a total collection of Rs 9 cr on its first weekend.
Kareena Kapoor Khan portrays the role of a fierce cop in the film and her fans are elated. During a recent interview, when Saif Ali Khan was asked about his wife’s role in Angrezi Medium, Saif told Mumbai Mirror, “She is amazing, as always. I like the way she slaps on-screen. I hope I’m not at the receiving end, ever.” When asked about the film, he said, “Irrfan Khan is incredibly watchable.”
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan has made her Instagram debut and has been slaying it ever since. A few days back, Bebo posted a picture of Saif, who’s engrossed in reading a book and Tim Tim’s childhood photo in the background caught our attention.
On the other hand, announcing the re-release of the film, Homi Adajania had taken it to his Insta story and had written, “At midnight all theaters will be close across India till authorities give us further notice. We will re-release #AngreziMedium when it is safe to do so.
