Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s security has been a matter of concern ever since it was revealed that he was on the hit list of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi- the mastermind of the brutal killing of Sidhu Moosewala. Now, as per the latest update, Salman Khan’s security has been beefed up and he has been given Y-plus security owing to the basis of intelligence inputs from the central and state government. Recently, apart from Salman Khan, his father and notable screenplay writer Salim Khan received a death threat letter.
It all conspired when Salim Khan was sitting on a bench at the Bandra Bandstand after a morning walk when an unidentified man kept a letter which mentioned a threat to kill him and his actor-son. He also lodged an FIR under section 506-II (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code at the Bandra police station. Meanwhile, the police subsequently recorded the statements of Salim Khan and Salman Khan.
Meanwhile, in August, Mumbai Police issued a gun license to Salman Khan as his application cited a death threat from gangsters.
Sadly, Salman Khan seems to be going through a rough phase in life!
Recently, Salman Khan recovered from dengue, and he resumed shooting the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 16’ last week. The Bollywood superstar has been hosting the reality show since 2010, but he was forced to take a break from his hosting act as she was diagnosed with dengue last month and was unable to shoot for the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episodes of the Colors channel show.
