Iulia Vantur has been in Bollywood since long. She has been dating Salman Khan and has slowly and steadily made inroads into the film industry. She crooned in the Salman Khan starrer Sultan (2016) as well as Race 3 (2018). Also, she did a music video with Maniesh Paul and now, she is all set to make her B-Town debut with Prem Soni's next Radha Kyun Gori Main Kyun Kaala.

Jimmy Shergill will also be sharing screen space with Iulia. Prem Soni last directed the Preity Zinta starrer Ishkq In Paris (2013) and before that, the Salman Khan-Sohail Khan-Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Main Aur Mrs Khanna (2009).

Reports say that Radha Kyun Gori Main Kyun Kaala will be based on a real-life incident. It is said to be set on an alleged sexual exploitation case of a tourist which happened at the hands of an official of Indian bank in Mathura last year. Iulia will play the said Polish girl who also was an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna.

“Radha Kyun Gori Main Kyun Kaala is the story of Julia Bien, a Polish girl [Vantur] who is a Krishna devotee since childhood. As a child, she had endured tough times, but found solace in the teachings of the Bhagvad Gita. She always wanted to visit Mathura, to see the ISKCON temple there. She falls victim to an unfortunate incident but thereafter it is the teaching of the Gita that help her to fight the evil. There is also ‘the beauty and the beast’ kind of sub plot with Julia finding love in Babul Chaubey that will be played by Jimmy Sheirgill,” said Prem Soni.

Iulia too was jubiliated to share the news to her fans. Retweeting Prem Soni's tweet about the film, she wrote, "God bless this journey!"

The film is said to be produced by Prernaa Arora from KriArj Entertainment. Prem Soni had a meeting with her a few days back, and it’s being said that Prernaa has green lit the project. Radha Kyun Gori Main Kyun Kaala is going on floors next month and will release early next year.
