Salman Khan resumed the shoot for his much delayed film Radhe almost after 6 months break due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The film’s lead pair Salman –Disha who are shooting for a song composed by the late composer Wajid along with his brother Sajid Khan, got Salman khan, Sohail Khan and Sajid emotional, as they remembered Wajid Khan. As per reports in ETimes, Sajid Khan shared about the emotional moment and said that it felt like Wajid was watching over them.
According to ETimes, Sajid, Salman and Sohail were talking to each other during the closing stages of the shoot. It was 11.45 pm, when Sajid told Salman that it was Wajid's birthday tomorrow (October 7). Khan brothers hugged Sajid, and all three of them looked up at the sky and felt Wajid watching over them. “Salman, Sohail and I looked up at the moon and felt that Wajid is watching over us,” he said. They also cut his birthday cake. Sajid Khan further added, “Salman then kept a hand on my shoulder and said that Wajid is always there with us.”
Sajid further added that Salman told him, “tension mat le, mehnat kiye ja'.”
Speaking about how he hasn't come to terms with Wajid Khan’s early death, Sajid said, “I feel he is right beside me when I am in my car. I feel he's with me wherever I go. I can't fathom what I will talk if and when I am called somewhere to speak a few words; we both went up together on every stage. On the sets, we ate together. We even took naps together.” ALSO READ: Salman Khan Remembers Wajid Khan On His Birth Anniversary; Celebrates His B’day With Brother Sohail And Sajid Khan
