Sanjay Dutt and Suniel Shetty are all set to collaborate again after years. Yes, you read that right! The brilliant actors will be coming together for a comedy film. In the past, Sanjay Dutt has aced the genre and the audience has enjoyed it. Suniel Shetty has proved that he can tickle the funny bones with his comic timing. There's no denying that it will be an absolute treat to watch these two iconic stars come together on the screen after years.
The film is supposed to be directed by Samir Karnik who had directed Yamla Pagla Deewana.
As per the sources, Samir Karnik's comedy film will feature Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Esha Gupta, Zayed Khan, Saurabh Shukla and Jaaved Jaaferi. "It's an out-and-out comedy set in North India. Both Sanjay and Suniel will be seen playing the role of a Punjabi whereas the details of Esha Gupta, Zayed Khan, Saurabh Shukla, and Javed Jaaferi's characters have been kept under wraps for now," revealed a source close to the development. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Sanjay Dutt is co-producing the film. "The pre-production work is in progress and the makers intend to take the film on floors by Summer. They will be shooting it at real locations of Punjab. The shooting spots are in the process of being locked," reveals the source.
Sanjay Dutt has interesting projects in the pipeline. He will be next seen in Prithviraj along with Akshay Kumar. He is also playing the character of Adheera in KGF: Chapter 2. Besides that, the actor is also doing a film with Ashutosh Gowariker titled Toolside Junior.
