Sanjay Dutt’s Daughter Trishala Dutt Opens Up About The Stretch Marks, Pens Down A Heartfelt Note, Says, ‘I Wear Proudly’
Sanjay Dutt is a great actor and a doting father. He is undoubtedly one of the strongest personalities in the industry. Like a father, his daughter, Trishala Dutt opened up about her stretch marks and underwent a physical transformation. She penned down a heartfelt note describing the challenges she faced in the fitness journey.

Trishala Dutt, who is a psychotherapist by profession shared a photo of her flaunting her stretch marks and looking gorgeous in a white satin co-ord set. Taking to the Instagram handle she opened up about losing a lot of weight, the stretch marks, and how she proudly wears them. She wrote, “My stretch marks are a sign that once upon a time, my body was growing faster & simultaneously where my skin failed to catch up with it’s growth that now has left permanent tears/scars.”

She also mentioned that food was her defence mechanism which she used to fill up the vacuum in her life. She suffered from an eating disorder. She added, “It’s also a reminder that my body was strong enough to take up extra space in a time that I needed it to perform the strength & capacity to fulfill certain voids in my life with lots of food in order to give me a momentarily fleeting feeling of “fullness”, happiness. Instead, it was destroying me. - I’m glad I healed from that. They’re not ideal, they’re not what I wanted, but they’re what I got. And they’re my mine. My battle wounds, which have faded over the years, but I wear proudly.”

Interestingly, this post caught the attention of Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata Dutt and she reacted to the postpositively. She commented with a fire and heart emoji.

For the unversed, Trishala is the daughter of the Naam actor from his first wife Richa Sharma, who died in 1996 battling a brain tumor. She was raised by her maternal grandparents and she currently lives in the US.
