On Tuesday, Sara Ali Khan took to her Instagram to share a video from her recent workout session. In the video, Sara is seen working out with Janhvi Kapoor. It looks like the actresses have turned gym buddies. The video features Janhvi and Sara performing the rigorous workout. In the background, Sara and Janhvi’s fitness instructor Namrata Purohit is spotted guiding the two.
On Instagram, the Love Aaj Kal actress shared the video, with the caption, “Go with the flow, Steady and slow, Kick high- squat low, That’s how you’ll get the golden glow, For better instructions ask @namratapurohit to show” Sara posted the video and penned down a poem in her style. The actress made sure every line rhymes with the next. She asked fans to go with the flow, steady and slow, and kick high-squats low. Sara then mentioned that only with a workout, one will get the golden glow. In the video, Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are seen doing squats, lunges and lots more fun activities.
