Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur have teamed up for the very first time for Anurag Basu’s upcoming film ‘Metro In Dino.’ Earlier in January, they had announced the release date of their romantic drama which also features Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Ali Fazal. Now, going by Sara’s latest post, it seems like she has begun the shooting of the same. The actress shared a photo of her sitting in a metro and even tagged Aditya in her post.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the Simmba star posted a happy click of her where she is seen seated in a Mumbai Metro. She smiled and waved at the camera while posing. Sara also added ‘In Dino’ song from the original 2007 film Life In A... Metro. Sharing her smiling photo, the actress wrote, “Didn't think I would be in Mumbai Metro (metro emoticon) Before you guys @anuragbasuofficial @adityaroykapur.” She also added the caption Mumbai Meri Jaan in the story. Sara looked cute in the long white and pink printed top, and black jeans and also wore spectacles. Bankrolled by T-Series, Metro In Dino is an anthology that consists of four loving and heartwarming intertwined stories. It is slated to hit the theatres on 8th December 2023. It is a said to be a sequel to the 2007 released film ‘Life in a... Metro’ which revolved around 9 characters who are connected by the people they know. It starred Dharmendra, Nafisa Ali, Shilpa Shetty, Kay Kay Menon, Shiney Ahuja, Irrfan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kangana Ranaut, and Sharman Joshi.
