The chemistry between the lead actors is one of the most important factors in defining a Bollywood movie’s success. Our filmmakers are promising some new experiments in this department in their upcoming projects.

Salman Khan-Pooja Hegde:
Pooja kicked off her Bollywood career opposite Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro. The failure of the film made her work more down South, but recently Pooja has been on a roll since the success of Housefull 4. Apart from romancing Prabhas in Radhe Shyam, and channelling her comic self with Ranveer Singh in Cirkus, Pooja will be seen opposite Salman Khan in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.

Ayushmann Khurrana-Vaani Kapoor:
As she spreads her wings out of the YRF camp, Vaani’s next film is opposite the hero of the season, Ayushmann. Abhishek Kapoor’s Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui reportedly is a story about the plight of a couple in which the guy finds out that the girl is transgender.

Rakul Preet Singh-Ayushmann Khurrana
Keeping his streak of choosing unconventional topics for his films alive, Ayushmann will be also seen with Rakul Preet Singh, who is currently on a professional roll with more than five films in her kitty, in Junglee Pictures’ Doctor G. They were about to start shooting for the film in April when the second wave of the pandemic hit all plans for a six.

Akshay Kumar-Sara Ali Khan
After the failure of Love Aaj Kal, Sara is looking for box office redemption with the hit factory himself, Akshay Kumar, in Aanand L Rai’s Atrangi Re. The film also features Dhanush and Nimrat Kaur and the shoot of the film has already been wrapped up.

Sara Ali Khan-Vicky Kaushal
This pairing isn’t officially announced yet but as per reports, Sara is finalised as the leading lady opposite Vicky in Aditya Dhar’s The Immortal Ashwaththama. The film reunites the successful actor-director duo of Uri: The Surgical Strike and will see Vicky as a superhero for the first time.

Ranbir Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra
Ranbir has given one of his career best performance in Barfi opposite Priyanka Chopra Jonas, but with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, he will be sharing screen with her sister Parineeti, for the first time. The film is touted to be darker than Kabir Singh.

Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani
These two young heartthrobs are ready to steal hearts with their chemistry in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, a sequel to the 2007 psychological comedy starring Akshay and Vidya Balan. The film also stars Tabu and is waiting for the lockdown to subside to finish shooting.

Vijay Deverakonda-Ananya Panday
The original Kabir Singh, aka, Arjun Reddy, aka, Vijay Deverakonda is ready to start his innings in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s Liger. The actor will be romancing the young sensation Ananya in the film directed by Puri Jagannadh and will be seen mastering the Mixed Martial Arts in it.
