SCOOP: Sonakshi killing Shatru's friendship with Pahlaj

She has sat on his lap in her childhood days and her father has been the current CBFC's Chairman's best friend before she was born. However, Sonakshi Sinha has left no stone unturned in lashing out at Pahlaj Nihalani's 'sanskari ways' of censoring the films, sowing the seeds of disintegration between the two families.
Perhaps that's exactly why you didn't see Pahlaj at Shahtrughan Sinha's book launch in Delhi last week. Shatru had friends L K Advani and Yeshwant Sinha at the event- but no Pahlaj, the man who has always been by his side.

Was Pahlaj invited? Or did he choose to ignore the invitation?
SpotboyE also has it that Shatru and Pahlaj have not been seen together in functions since November, plus they've hardly interacted with each other.
The first seed of 'friction in the friendship' was sown when Sonakshi lashed out in November 2015: Whoever is playing nanny should first kind of rewind back and see the films that they have been making and then kind of figure out and decide what is to be done.

Either Shatru's daughter saw Pahlaj's films only recently- or suddenly felt that she is an 'individual in her own right'.
So what did Pahlaj do? He decided to let it go. But did Sonakshi stop? No. She again took a dig at him at the Press Guild awards!
And what did Pahlaj do this time? Nothing but fall off from his chair.
While Sonakshi chose not to comment, Pahlaj told SpotboyE, "I guess it's time for us to learn from the youth what is right and what is wrong."
Let's see if Sonakshi's attacks on Pahlaj can still keep her father's dosti with the Andaz filmmaker cemented. Watch this space.
