Shabana Azmi Shares A Snap With British Star Emma Thompson, Swara Bhasker Calls Them ‘Legends’
Veteran actor Shabana Azmi in February 2021 announced the wrapping up of Shekhar Kapur helmed project What's Love Got To Do With It? on her Twitter account. Back then she shared in her tweet having an amazing experience as she collaborated with British star Emma Thompson. A few hours ago, the senior Bollywood actress once again dropped a lovely picture of her posing with Emma sharing it was a joy working with Emma. Responding to this Swara Bhasker called these stars Legends in her Tweet.

While Shabana’s Tweet read, “Oh The lovely #Emma Thompson what a joy it was to work with you.  #Whats Love Got To Do With It,” followed by red heart emoji, responding to this Swara Tweeted, “L.E.G.E.N.D.S,” with purple heart and a sparkling star emoji. Directed by Shekhar Kapur, the movie is a cross-cultural romantic-comedy revolving around love and marriage. The story is set between London and South Asia. The shoot began in December 2020; it also stars Lily James, Sajal Ali, Shazad Latif, Rob Brydon and Asim Chaudhry.

Recently Swara Bhasker and Shabana Azmi’s film Sheer Qorma also starring Divya Dutta won the Grand Jury Award at OVER-THE-RHINE International Film Festival. On work front Shabana Azmi will be next seen in Karan Johar’s directorial venture Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, apparently, Shabana Azmi will be portraying one of the family members of Alia Bhatt’s onscreen film.
