Bollywood celebs make most of our Throwback Thursdays by posting major throwback pictures of their respective careers. This time taking us down the memory lane is producer and interior designer and star wife Gauri Khan. We must say what a throwback it is. The star wife who is also a complete outsider just like her husband-superstar Shah Rukh Khan has carved a niche for herself in the industry with her excellent artistic skills. But before she achieved this fame she started her career as a fashion designer.



In her Twitter post, she revealed of designing for one of her hubby’s blockbuster films titled Baazigar. In her post she gave deets about the same and decoded the look to the core, she also confessed her liking for hand-painted jeans. This still is from the hit number Ye Kaali Kaali Ankhen. Taking the entire credit for the look she wrote in her caption, “Can’t believe I designed this look in the 90s  ... Those jeans, #legwarmer tee, bullet belt and a red shirt thrown over. The hand painted jeans were my favourite. #Gaurikhandesigns has come a long way! Major throwback.. @iamsrk @KajolAtUN”


Gauri today is one of the most celebrated and talented interior designers and is beautifying homes of prominent people from the industry. Gauri being an entrepreneur herself, has also been a successful film producer from her very first venture Main Hoon Na.

Yet another star couple of the industry Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput got their new abode designed by Gauri. The duo was spotted at her lavish store in town, appreciating her unique taste in furnishing houses to make them homes.
