Shah Rukh Khan On KJo’s Fatherhood: Not Being Cagey, But It’s Too Personal To Comment
Karan Johar is not only an acclaimed filmmaker, a responsible son, owner of one of the most respected production houses, BUT also a doting daddy now!

We’re sure his phone is buzzing with congratulatory phone calls and messages. The director broke the news on Twitter a day back. He has named his twins- Yash and Roohi.

Priyanka Chopra, Siddharth Malhotra, Arjun Rampal, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhavan shared his happiness and congratulated KJo. However, Karan Johar’s dearest friend Shah Rukh Khan who always has his back did not react to the news until last night. We wondered why!

But now he has expressed the reason for not making his opinion public. Shah Rukh walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra in association with Shabana Azmi for the noble cause of Mijwan Welfare Society. And that’s where he answered everyone’s query.

Shah Rukh said, "It’s a very private moment. Don’t think that I'm being very cagey as I am not saying much  but it’s too private a moment...I have had it myself, so let's respect that and of course there's going to be celebration and happiness.”

Well yes, Shah Rukh is obviously very happy with the new additions in Karan’s life but at the same time he wants to respect Kjo’s privacy.

Shah Rukh Khan attended the event along with his Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actress Anushka Sharma. He also expressed his views on women empowerment and praised Shabana Azmi for her dedication towards the progression of girls in rural areas. Appreciating the organization’s efforts, SRK said "I'm honoured to be part of Mijwan Welfare Society and I was obliged to know that I'm honoured with this opportunity to be part of such noble cause. I believe that our society can't do without women and as a romantic I whole heartedly respect them. Thus, I'll say to help these women to get their even rights that they have been deprived off and such art work should be allocated to women as they are master of this kind of work. Also this is the first time I have ever worn a chicken work kurta and sorry PETA but I love chicken work and chicken (laughs)."
