Shah Rukh Khan's Son Aryan Khan Drugs On Cruise Case: Sam D'Souza Records His Statement, Claims Of A Pay-Off Deal And Star Kid Being Innocent
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan drugs on cruise case got Sam D'Souza name to light. As reported in ETimes Mumbai Police's Special Investigation Team is now investigating this case after NCB was accused of a payoff deal of Rs. 25 crore. Aryan Khan was arrested by NCB on October 3, and was later granted bail on October 28, 2021, by the Bombay High Court.

In the month of October witness, Prabhakar Sail had claimed he had heard NCB witness K P Gosavi having a discussion with Sam D'Souza over a phone call of a pay-off deal of Rs 25 crore, following Aryan Khan’s arrest by NCB. This led to Special Investigation Team opening an investigation against NCB officials for the alleged extortion. On October 15, 2021, D'Souza along with his lawyer Pankaj Jadhav arrived at SIT's office at 12.45 pm to give his statement, as per a police official. NCB's vigilance team also confirmed recording his statement.

However, as reported in NDTV, Sam had told the mentioned channel that he was unaware of this alleged ₹ 25-crore. Also, he was only asked to arrange a meeting of K P Gosavi and Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani. Also in addition Gosavi has contacted him a day before the raid was conducted on cruise via Sunil Patil, a power broker through his connections.

Following this claim, while he arranged a meeting between Gosavi and Dadlani, the former impersonated as NCB officer followed by saving Prabhakar Sail's number as NCB Zonal Directorate Sameer Wankhede’s contact number. As per further reports, Sunil Patil, Prabhakar Sail and Gosavi were termed as fraud, with Gosavi taking Rs. 50 lakh from the actor’s manager.
