‘The couple that works out together stays together’ - this phrase is totally applicable to Bollywood’s power couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput. So far, we knew how Shahid is obsessed with fitness and it looks like his fitness fever has rubbed on to Mira as well. Before the lockdown, the couple made several appearances outside the gym in the past. But now that everything is shut due to the lockdown, Mira and Shahid are still sweating it out and how! Just recently, Shahid and Mira took to their respective Instagram stories to share pictures related to their workout.
The actor gave a little glimpse into his ‘killer’ workout schedule. The list includes all the types of exercise that one needs to do along with the number of sets and reps. That’s not it, he also bifurcated his exercise schedule into ‘warm-ups, quads-functional strengths and finisher.’ Sharing the same in his stories, Shahid called it ‘killer’. Don’t know about you but his schedule has all the potential to kill us instantly. Nevertheless, if you’re a fitness freak and love making schedules on the same, you might want to give a quick look at this schedule as well, to make yours a better one.
Apart from his schedule, he even shared a picture of multiple dumbbells lying in his backyard. This indicates how he turned his lawn into a gym ground.
Coming to Mira’s post, the star wife shared a selfie, flaunting her post-workout glow. She is seen all sweaty after working out at home. In the picture, she is seen flaunting her toned abs in a crop top and tights.
