Shaken Up Diljit Dosanjh Out From Yami Gautam Starrer- EXCLUSIVE
Agree or not, Diljit Dosanjh who landed in Bollywood from the land of Punjabi films finds his career at crossroads. The actor has had quite a few flops in the recent past and that's the reason why he is out from his next, which was supposed to be produced by Ramesh Taurani and directed by Aziz Mirza's son, Haroon.

SpotboyE.com has it EXCLUSIVE that Dosanjh is not going to star in the Tips film opposite Yami Gautam as planned earlier. Taurani had excitedly spoken to Mumbai Mirror to announce Haroon's film and cast just few weeks ago, but things have dramatically changed now. Taurani had then said, "Yes, Diljit and Yami have given their nod to the film. It’s a fresh pairing and we are excited because both are competent actors with impeccable comic timing. It is a sensible comedy and revolves around a couple."

Now we heard hot rumours in distribution circles this morning that the Diljit-Yami film has been shelved. Sources say that Diljit wants to restrategise his moves after Arjun Patiala--a disaster which sank without trace. Or, is it that Taurani lost faith in Dosanjh? It is only natural if the Tips Head Honcho has fell off his chair after seeing how repelled the audiences felt when Arjun Patiala hit theatres. Whatever the reason of the two, the actor is shaken up.

So, as it stands now, Haroon and Taurani are looking to flag off the proceedings in November and scouting for a new male lead. Yami continues to be a part of the cast. The first schedule which was slated for the second half of this month stands cancelled.

When contacted, Haroon simply said, "We are in pause mode for now. But the movie is certainly happening. We are not starting it this month but looking to put it on floors after 3 months or so."
