Shakti Kapoor’s son, Siddhanth Kapoor, To Be Transferred To Judicial Detention; Officials Say ‘It Has Been Proven, He Used Drugs’
Shakti Kapoor’s son and Shraddha Kapoor’s brother, Siddhanth Kapoor was caught in a massive controversy after he was detained along with four others following a rave party in the Bengaluru hotel. As per the reports, the rave party was being held at a fancy hotel on MG Road on Sunday night when a police team stormed the location.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Bheemashankar S Guled was quoted by PTI saying, “It has been proven that Siddhanth Kapoor, the son of Bollywood actress Shakti Kapoor, used drugs. In the blood test report, he tested positive for narcotics. As a result, he was taken to the Ulsoor police station”

He further added, “We will transfer him to judicial detention.”

The Bengaluru Police confirmed that Siddhant Kapoor was among the six people, allegedly found to have consumed drugs.

For the unversed, Siddhant Kapoor is known to have worked as an assistant director on films like 'Bhagam Bhag', 'Chup Chup Ke' and 'Bhool Bhulaiya'. He has featured in Bollywood movies like 'Jazbaa', 'Haseena Parkar' and 'Chehre'.

Previously, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was given a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau, after he was arrested in a cruise drugs bust case last year. He spent nearly a month in jail last year and was let out on bail. The NCB’s charge sheet in the matter, dismissed the case against Aryan Khan, citing a ‘lack of sufficient evidence’.
