Sherlyn Chopra Records Her Statement In Molestation Complaint Against Sajid Khan; Police To Summon Filmmaker From Bigg Boss 16 For Interrogation-Report
Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra has been in the limelight ever since she filed a police complaint against filmmaker Sajid Khan. During the Metoo movement, Chopra had accused the director of flashing his private part at her and even alleged he asked her to rate his private part on a scale of 0 to 10. Earlier this month, Sherlyn filed a molestation complaint against Sajid and called him a 'habitual sexual predator and molester' while talking to paps. The actress has now recorded her statement in the case and urged Mumbai Police for a fair probe.   

Speaking to ANI, the actress even mentioned that at Juhu police station did not record her statement saying that the police officer to whom her case has been assigned isn't present. Sherlyn then revealed she recorded her statement to police officer Megha, who is a PSI and she assured her that they would summon Sajid Khan from Bigg Boss 16 house for interrogation. The actress went on to call her to fight against the director a battle of every woman who has suffered at hands of Sajid and of every person who stands against sexual molestation. “Today, in the industry, if you compare our status with theirs, who are we 'outsiders', who are they, belong to Khan camp. To fight them it takes an immense amount of bravery and patience. Our next course of action is to do a silent protest outside Salman Khan's house to urge him to show some sympathy towards us as we treat him as our 'Bhaijaan,” Sherlyn further added.

Also, Sherlyn's lawyer Suhail Shroff revealed to Etimes TV that summons will be issued to Sajid Khan to give his statement. After interrogation, the police will decide the relevant sections under which FIR is to be lodged. It is being speculated that Sajid Khan may come out of the Bigg Boss house soon for questioning in Sherlyn’s case.
